Benjamin Franklin Federal Savings and Loan Association,
517 SW Stark St. Says the back of the postcard: The
informal elegance of the Savings lobby with its unique crystal
chandeliers, authentic period furnishings, rich carpeting and
receptionist in American colonial attire leads to the illusion
of old Williamsburg. A web search reveals the savings & loan
is no longer with us and inspired another Portland
Ben Franklin themed business.

The Willamsburg-Colonial motif, as I recall, a chain-wide theme.
