The KOIN building, the Paramount Theater, the Broadway
Theater and the Pacific Power Building, still there,
across from the Square [thanks, Skookum]. Late 1920s?
Apparently I'm not the only freak who likes "now and then"
photos of streetscapes and buildings. That said, The Atlanta Time Machine,
is genius. Its author dug up tons of old photos of Atlanta and then
photographed the same area as it looks now.
Here's another similar site: The Vertigo Now and Then Tour.
Screen captures of key scenes from Hitchcock's Vertigo, with
shots of those same scenes now.
