I work about 50 feet from this park. When I first started here, I was obsessed with the Portland Plaza and was constantly spying into every apartment. Then I saw that trash Burt Reynolds movie Breaking In, where they actually move into the building and I was facinated even more.
For the past year or so, I have checked new real estate listings every day and have seen a dozen Portland Plaza apartments go on and off the market. And EVERY SIGNLE ONE has had white leather furniture. I wonder what it is about that place that makes people love white leather so much?
